This is an analytical role that will support the development of improved customer demand forecasting across all financial support channels. Using analysis to understand patterns in customers interaction behaviour to better predict demand and influence how Financial Support serves customers.

The difference you'll make.

  • Partnering with the resource planning team to deliver actionable insights that can be adopted into call forecasts, contributing to improved accuracy and improved planning
  • Understanding intra month, intraday, yearly seasonality or repeatable events that influences customer demand to in turn improve operational planning
  • Supporting in understanding of customer behaviour between multiple channels to advise on the best methods to improve customer engagement and contact rates dependent on customers arrears position or profile
  • Analysing the change in customers' expectations to provide recommendations on new solutions, or methods of positioning support
  • Leveraging various tools and technology to understand how customer interactions are changing and common themes occurring within customer conversations

What you'll bring.

  • Proficient knowledge and experience of SAS, SQL and advanced Excel
  • Experience in using analytical methods to drive business change and/or forecasting
  • You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Financial Support/collections and recoveries or contact centre experience
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills utilising Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience of large volume data analysis, interpretation of results and production of summaries/recommendations
  • Previous experience in a forecasting, planning or similar function with a good understanding of Resource Planning methods and practices, experience of working with eWFM tools.

What else you need to know.

This role based in Nationally, with a preference to Sheffield, within our Financial Support Centre of Excellence.

This role is hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office, Monday to Friday (35 hours).

Right to work in the UK.
