WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Join our community.
We're now seeking a Training Delivery Specialist on a secondment basis. You'll be a key member of the team, delivering training across Financial Support.
One moment you could be training new joiners, the next, multiskilling of existing staff. You'll also play a key role in providing SME support to all employees in Financial Support.

The difference you'll make.
- Delivering the new joiner programme in an innovative, motivational, and creative manner
- Supporting mentors to ensure that the correct support is given whilst in the mentoring period of the induction
- Delivering soft skills training solutions and procedural changes to a wide audience
- Providing ad hoc coaching activities for new joiners where required
- Acting as a subject matter expert for all staff within Financial Support, for technical, procedural and knowledge issues
What you'll bring.
- Experience of training and coaching in an operational environment
- Financial Support experience is desirable
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Good organisational skills to prioritise and manage own workloads, and for those on the training group
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to react and act quickly to changing training situations as required

This is a Secondment role based in Bradford
