Training Delivering Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Join our community.

We're now seeking a Training Delivery Specialist on a secondment basis. You'll be a key member of the team, delivering training across Financial Support.

One moment you could be training new joiners, the next, multiskilling of existing staff. You'll also play a key role in providing SME support to all employees in Financial Support.

The difference you'll make.

• Delivering the new joiner programme in an innovative, motivational, and creative manner
• Supporting mentors to ensure that the correct support is given whilst in the mentoring period of the induction
• Delivering soft skills training solutions and procedural changes to a wide audience
• Providing ad hoc coaching activities for new joiners where required
• Acting as a subject matter expert for all staff within Financial Support, for technical, procedural and knowledge issues

What you'll bring.

• Experience of training and coaching in an operational environment
• Financial Support experience is desirable

It would also be nice for you to have.

• Good organisational skills to prioritise and manage own workloads, and for those on the training group
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to react and act quickly to changing training situations as required

This is a Secondment role based in Bradford
