Manager - Corporate Finance

Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Finance 
• CFA or ACCA certification is an advantage
• 5-8 years of experience preferably in an investment bank, in a consulting firm or in a financial institution
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Sophisticated modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand, structure and solve complex problems and tasks
• Self- motivated, and confident personality
• Outstanding IT literacy

Your future role

• Assume responsibility for complex multi-stream projects, specific Corporate Finance, M&A and restructuring projects 
• Manage a project team and coordinate different workstreams
• Ensure high-quality output (financial models, valuations, investor materials, etc.) and timely execution of Mergers & Acquisitions projects
• Develop client relationships through interactions with senior client personnel
• Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
• Understand client needs, show proactive approach to business development
• Train and develop team members
