  • 1 or more years of experience in M&A / Consulting / Audit / Finance / Accounting in advisory firms / other companies with international or regional presence
  • Attention to details
  • Well-developed analytical and logical skills
  • Willingness for development and high appetite for new challenges
  • Accounting knowledge
  • A strong command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel based tools; data analytics knowledge is a plus

Your future role

  • Deloitte's Financial Advisory (FA) practice in Romania is one of the country's leading providers of Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services. Our clients are large multinational and local companies and investors, seeking for our advice in transaction support.
  • We, as Value Creation Services provide Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Cash and Working Capital optimization, Independent Business Review and other M&A related services.
  • At present, we are looking for candidates for a position of Associate in the dynamically developing Value Creation Services Team in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and present analysis results in a clear, simple and elegant manner
  • Preparation of a full section within a deliverable with guidance provided by seniors / manager, including data visualizations
  • Manage own work against the project plan and complete it with quality and timeliness
  • Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds
