Your field of responsibility

Join our groundbreaking audit function and support the operations of the Internal Audit COO Team (in AMER). In close collaboration with the team, you will help us deliver Workforce Strategy, America Location Management, People Management and Project Management topics across a number of functional Chief Auditor teams within the Internal Audit function. You will be interacting and collaborating directly with the audit teams. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to grow your understanding of the Bank by working on a wide range of different initiatives and process improvements.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with at least two years of work experience ideally including project management or business management in a financial or similar industry.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and thinking independently
  • Proven ability to deliver optimally against timeline and present information concisely
  • Curiosity about developing analytical skills to derive relevant insights from data
  • Taking initiative to resolve issues to ensure results are delivered in a consistent manner
