We are looking for interns to join us from June 2023/July 2023 onwards, for a 6-7 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e duration and full-time/part-time in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The successful candidate will join the Electronic & Electronic Procurement Digital team where our mission evolves around bringing efficiency across the Market segment.

• Key contributor to the Electronics & Electrical "EE" Procurement digitization journey.
• Develop, automate, maintain reports to provide insightful views to monitor KPIs and support strategic decisions.
• Support the RUN activities of the Annual negotiation Campaign and the new project to digitize the End-to-End Negotiation process.

What will you do?

• Assist the EE team in maintaining the EE Tableau site
  • Refresh dashboards at the agreed time frequency with end users
  • Dashboard enhancements / New request development
• Co-work on AI analytics development project
• Support the iNego project, aiming to digitize end-to-end the electronic negotiation process
  • User Acceptance Tests
  • Deployment and Run Support
• KPI monitoring and reporting
• Cross functional projects support as required

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor Degree in Computer science or Business Intelligence

• Skills/Systems Knowledge:
  • Must have: Tableau;
  • Good to have: Python, Experience in procurement domain, project management
