Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - Hospitality (Hybrid Working) Duties:

• Managing the AP mailbox
• Inputting invoices into Sage
• Payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Supplier set up and queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting cash receipts (no chasing involved)
• Ad-hoc requests

Profile

Accounts Payable Clerk - Hospitality (Hybrid Working) Criteria:

• At least 12 months in a similar role
• Studying towards some form of accountancy qualification e.g. ACCA/CIMA or AAT
• Drive to learn and benefit from exposure to the whole AP process and more
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Cashbook experience
