An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Manufacturing business in Macclesfield due to a recent acquisition and continued company growth. This company have an excellent reputation for staff retention and are a market leader in their sector.
Description
The Accounts Assistant role is initially a 9 month contract which could be extended. The role will be 100% office based in Macclesfield and will report directly into the Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Journals
- Accruals/prepayments
- Month end duties
- Overseeing Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
- Other ad hoc finance duties
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in Bank Reconciliation/Purchase Ledger
Be able to consider a 9 month contract initially
Be able to work full time in Macclesfield office
