TMF is looking for candidates that will start their career in our Global Delivery Center Team in San Jose. The Global Delivery Center team is responsible for providing end-to-end preparation and/or coordination for accounting, and tax compliance services for TMFs’ global clients.
The candidate will be responsible for data extraction, data consolidation, preparing reports, bookkeeping activities, accounts payable, account receivable related activities and other tasks as required to provide high-quality client service to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and consolidating data for accounting and tax purposes.
- Extraction and basic data analysis and performing routine control checks to identify any errors and anomalies.
- Accounts payable and account receivable related activities
- Ability to work with flexibility.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with co-workers.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Degree, or currently studying administration, accounting, or relevant field (Desirable).
- Good communication and service skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools at a user level, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous experience not required.
- Basic English knowledge (Desirable).
- Ability to learn and work with new tools.
- Attention to details, diligent, investigative, and well-organized.
- Proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up.
- Teamwork spirit.
