Finance Assistant - German Speaking - Duties:
Accounts Payable:
- Recording purchase
- Preparation of weekly payment run
- Supplier statement reconciliation
Accounts Receivable:
- Sales invoices
- Follow up on payments received and communicate to wider team
Other tasks:
- Bank and credit card statement reconciliations in various currencies
- Stock Management
- Bank Reconciliations
- debt chasing
- allocating payments
- Bacs Runs
- Monitor finance email inbox
- Assist with month end and year-end closing, and ad hoc tasks
Profile
Finance Assistant - German Speaking - will possess:
- Must be fluent in German
- Previous finance experience
- Personable and good communicator
- Attention to detail
- Advanced in Excel
