Description
The Senior Accounts Payable Assistant is initially a temporary assignment and will be Hybrid Working-1 day per week in the Middleton office and the rest remote.
Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include:
Processing a backlog of AP invoices
Responding to supplier queries via phone and email
Matching invoices to PO's
Intercompany reconciliations
Supplier statement reconciliations
Investigation work
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
Be available to consider a temporary role initially
Be able to commute to Middleton office 1 day per week
