The Operational Process Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the R2R activities within the outsourced Finance and Procurement Centre (FPC), compelling the business to adopt efficient, standardised processes to deliver effective and sustainable benefits for the organisation.
This role will provide the vision, strategy, and objectives for the R2R work-stream on a Pan European basis.

Description
The key responsibilities of the R2R Operational Process Lead are:
- Developing and implementing the current year plan for the R2R work-stream.
- Contributing to developing the mid-term plan direction for the R2R work-stream.
- Monitoring the end-to-end process of the R2R work-stream on a Pan E basis.
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements; planning and implementing after manager approval.
- Communicating to Senior Management on the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes comparing to target.
- Identify process requirements and ensuring coaching, mentoring and training needs across business
Profile
The successful candidate will show previous experience of:
- Financial controls, ideally in a Finance shared service environment
- Audit, risk and compliance
- R2R systems and process knowledge
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Use of SAP (ideally)
