Your new role

  • Support Fund Operations - Reconciliations, Fund Administration, Corporate Actions, Proxy Voting, Cash Management, Trade Settlement
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, brokers, and custodians
  • Support the team in new business initiatives and pipelines
  • Collaborate on various cross-function initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1+ Years of Operations Experience (Buy/Sell-Side)
  • Proactive, stable, team player
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
