Michael Page are partnering exclusively with a fast growing business in Berkshire looking for a new Corporate Finance Manager to join their team and lead on the M&A transactions for their varied client portfolio.

Our client are a fast growing business in the Berkshire providing M&A services on buy side transactions to SMEs in the UK.
Description
The Corporate Finance Manager will have broad responsibilities on a wide range of buy side transactions for UK based businesses.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Project management of a full transaction process including deal origination, structuring & execution, research & analysis, valuation and CFF modelling
- Undertake detailed research on companies and industry sectors, potential transactions and potential investors/buyers.
- Review legal documentation for SME and Mid-Market M&A transactions
- Financial modelling including integrated operating financial models, funding models (including the appropriate equity/debt funding overlays) and financial models suitable for the appraisal of investment opportunities or buyouts.
- Business planning and strategy for growth working closely with the MD
- Manage communications and build relationships with clients, legal advisers and specialist advisers throughout a deal process.

Profile
The successful candidate will be a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification) with proven experience in corporate finance and M&A transactions in particular on buy side. You will have excellent Excel and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication skills to build business relationships and be a key leader in the the team.
