Page Personnel are working in partnership with a global organisation to recruit for an experienced accounts payable clerk on an on going temporary basis. This role is based in head offices in Warrington and works to a hybrid working model.

Client Details

An award winning global brand who are continually growing and dominating their market. They are a FTSE 250 organisation and have a fantastic reputation in their market.

Description

Reporting into the Transactional Manager the accounts payable clerk will have the following duties:

  • Full process AP
  • Processing invoices using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Query management
  • Ad hoc finance duties to support wider finance team

Profile

The successful accounts payable clerk will have the following experience:

  • Proven track record in similar role
  • Experience in high volume processing- advantage
  • Proficient in ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics - advantage
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work and communicate at all levels
