Job Title: Business Relationship Management Lead
Location: Barrow. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £64,000
What you'll be doing:
- Create and implement the business relationship management approach for the Product Group and it's 15 customer functions
- Lead and manage the product group BRM team and activities, enabling the effective engagement with the product groups customer base, as well as providing status & reporting on IT service and delivery
- Develop and maintain the relationship between the business function and the product group
- Develop an intimate understanding of the customer organisation and their short and long term priorities and challenges, ensuring this is aligned with product groups activities through collaboration with both the business and product group teams
- Provide IT input and thought leadership on business problems, identifying how IT and technology can help drive improvements
- Develop functional roadmaps with the customer & relevant product experts, establishing functional roadmaps and IBP requirements
- Support the mobilisation of new projects from the roadmap and ensure these remain aligned to the customers' needs
Your skills and experiences:
- Demonstrable Team Leader experience
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience
- Established collaboration and listening skills
- Ability to build relationships with the customer group
- Work effectively with the team to transfer customer requirements and prioritisation to technical specialists.
- An ability to understand and document customer requirements into roadmaps
- Technical Business Analysis skills would be beneficial

The IM&T Product Fulfilment team:
The Product Fulfilment Team within IM&T is accountable for the Architecting of, the build & Delivery of, and the Support of IT Solutions for a wide range of business functions (eg Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, HR etc…).
