Audit Manager

What we do:

We provide services in the sphere of corporate finance, tax and legal, audit and assurance, across all sectors of the economy. We work at regional, national and international levels. Our team advise national enterprises from various economic sectors, public-interest entities, industrial and agricultural groups, real estate and construction companies, e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform operational and financial audit engagements
• Identify business process risks
• Investigate and determine causes and irregularities 
• Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls 
• Document the results of the evaluations
• Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management 
• Ensuring client deliverables and audit documentation is prepared to a high internationally accepted standard
• Ensuring the highest level of professional ethics and client service is provided, maintenance of strong professional relationships with client management
• Assisting the senior leadership team in monitoring the effectiveness of audit services delivered, providing feedback on the quality of service accordingly 
• Directing, coaching and mentoring assistant managers 

Qualifications for Audit Manager

• ACCA qualification or the final stage of ACCA qualification
• 3+ years of experience in auditing
• 5+ years experience in the accounting field
• Solid experienced in applying international accounting and auditing standards
• Strong technical expertise
• Languages: Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Strong written and verbal communications skills 
• Robust interpersonal ability
• Good team manager and team member
• Analytical skills
• Driven, friendly, confident
