Your responsibilities:

By joining the PTP team you will become a member of the Eltel Group and work tightly with our colleagues in Poland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. You will cooperate daily with our international units, thus we expect you to be able to communicate in English on a professional level. Knowledge of Scandinavian and German languages will be a big asset.

You choose your workplace - you can work from home or from our modern office in the centre of Gdańsk, in the Tryton office building. However, we assume the need to come to the office three times a month to maintain a balance between our online and offline relations.

In Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable team you will maintain relationships with our vendors assuring that documentation is properly maintained from reception till payment. You will take ownership of invoices with cost allocation focus (processing and resolution, including intercompany) as well as payments and be key point of contact for our local suppliers. The daily duties will also cover performing month end closing activities (incl. GL/AP, GR/IR reconciliations) and vendor statement reconciliation.

Our expectations:

We are looking for a person with experience in accounting, especially in the corporate environment, who enjoys daily work in MS Excel as well as ERP systems and would like to develop within the financial services.

You fit our helmet if you:

·       have a degree in Finance & Accounting or corresponding educational background

·       have at least 3 years of experience in similar position (preferably within SSC/BPO environment)

·       speak good English (B2) - it's a must

·       know how to use MS Office, are proficient in using MS Excel

·       own your time and can handle your tasks timely and accurately and enjoy dynamic work conditions

·       like to take the initiative and have a positive attitude to work – it’s our must
