Job Description

Team/Function Overview:

This is a newly set up Internal Audit Liaison (MTAIL) function at Citi Markets Technology at intersection of Technology, Risk & Control(R&C), and Internal Audit (IA), aimed to serve as interpreter, and liaison between Markets Technology Management and Internal Audit function, related regulating authorities. MTAIL goals include compliance simplification, improvement of efficiency in communication between lines of defence, and minimization of work process disruptions.

Role / Position Overview:

Day-to day responsibilities include, but not limited to coordination of the Internal Audit activities, tracking, and reporting; assistance to Markets Technology management in responding to IA queries, draft audit findings, recommendations, and reports; partner with R&C function in designing controls to address audit findings and mitigate identified risks. Role spans Markets Technology globally and will be able to interact with many Citi functions on a global basis; primary focus of the role is EMEA and APAC regions.

MTAIL team member will be able to leverage and improve their knowledge of global Capital Markets and how Markets Technology facilitates global financial system. Focused on Internal Audit interaction the MTAIL team member will be able to tackle complex tasks on a global scale aiming to improve internal control posture of Markets Technology.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience in Technology Risk Management, Internal or External Audit in Financial Services/Investment Banking/ E-trading.
• Process and risk management experience.

Skills:

• Experience with IT governance and controls frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, COSO.
• Knowledge of Information Technology operational business processes and industry best practices such as SDLC, Agile, Technology Operations, Security, Vulnerability Management

Qualifications:

• Technology Risk and control certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Computer Science/ Technology
