Our opportunity for you:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Client Accounting team.
Purpose of the role:
This role assists the Senior Manager with a portfolio of client to assist in Management Accounting.
Scope:
An associate position to join the Client Accounting team, responsible for managing the management accounting for portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of client’s full set of account with book-keeping. Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with company policies and procedures. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Creates invoices according to company practices, submits invoices to clients. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents in preparation of audit and tax schedules.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Attributes & Skills:
- Independent, self-motivated, and energetic team player.
- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- High professional integrity and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients.
- Meticulous and multitasking.
- Able to work under pressure.
Special Skills
- Knowledge in basic book keeping and IFRS
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualification ACCA
Computer Skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications. Knowledge of MYOB & Xero accounting software preferred
Languages
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
