6 month contract for an experienced Business Partner to transform finance processes, eg Stock Management

Business Partner to senior stakeholders in Manufacturing business, 1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days from home.

Client Details

Our client is a global manufacturing business looking to bring on an experienced qualified accountant as an Interim Finance Business Partner to improve processes for 6 months.

Description

The Interim Finance Business Partner is responsible for:

• Business Partner to manufacturing ( Production Manager)
• Drive efficiency's in finance processes
• Help the business manage their stock better, provide commercial insight
• Manage your month end close ( budgets, annual forecast, variance analysis)

Full time role with 1-2 days a week in the office. Office is Oxfordshire, OX27

Profile

As the Interim Finance Business Partner you will be a fully qualified accountant ( CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience of change management/ process improvement in a complex, ideally manufacturing, business.

Experience of improving processes around stock management would be hugely beneficial although if you have extensive achievements on your cv highlighting process change that you have delivered in a business partnering/ commercial role would also be of benefit.

You will need to have full UK right to work and be able to get to the office at least once a week to sit with the FD and Plant Manager.

Job Offer

We have a 6 month contract paying £300-400 per day

Looking for the contractor to start in February 2023.
