JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • You will oversee the complete Billing process related to the Depositary services.
  • You will collect data required for the billing processing. Calculate on the required frequency the amounts to invoice on the respective periods. Input the information in the Billing application and generate all the invoices. Submit to the client or delegated party for the payment after review and approval from the different operational Managers.
  • Keeping up to date all billing information related to new and existing clients. Implement Dashboards to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor and chase for all outstanding invoice payments directly with the client or through the Relationship Manager or delegated party.
  • Implement KPIs allowing to monitor billing progress. Present the KPIs to the Conducting Officer Committee.
  • Organise the work of the Billing Team, defining priorities.
  • You will be the privileged contact person for the Group Finance Team in relation to the Depositary services revenues.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Support the Manager in the related ADDS location in charge of the AIFM and Central Administrator due diligence oversight in building an effective and efficient due diligence oversight control program in line with Group governance.
  • Keep up to date key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboard.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting related subject;
  • You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, ideally linked to the alternative investment funds industry (Fund Administration specific experience is preferable but is not mandatory);
  • You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction, when appropriate;
  • You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset);
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel;
  • You are organised, flexible, able to multi task and manage workload efficiently;
  • You have managerial capabilities;
  • You are comfortable to work in an international environment;
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills;
  • The position will report to Alter Domus Depositary Services Luxembourg Team Leader.
