Description
- Process and posting invoices, purchase orders and expenses
- Management of month-end checks and closure of purchase ledger
- Handles staff expenses claims
- Process and authorised payments
- Ensure accuracy of vendors list
- Monthly statement reconciliation
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Profile
- Background in accounts payable
- Able to hit the ground running
- Ability to work in a Team
- Strong attention to detail
- An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like Excel, SAP, Sage, and BACS
