Description

  • Becoming a part this business, you will take ownership, alongside your team for the financial, administrative and clerical support of the team.
  • Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
  • Provide other clerical support necessary to ensure invoices are matched and paid correctly
  • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
  • Ensure the accuracy of an organisations financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
  • Protect businesses against unintentional over-payment
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

Profile

  • You have experience with 3 way matching, using accounts payable systems
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, a great communicator.
  • Capable of working with stakeholders and chasing them for information.
  • You're up for a challenge, and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Retail Sector Experience (Beneficial - Not Essential)
