Our client, a leading employer of choice with a stellar track record for providing progression and reward, is looking to hire an ambitious and dynamic Finance Analyst to join its talented team. This is an exciting role, that will business partner with Operations teams, providing analysis and support to aid decision making and add value.
- Assist in the delivery of month end, forecast, budget and operational cost base
- Support the harmonisation of activities and processes within your area of finance to ensure a consistent function led approach. Working in close collaboration with FP&A to ensure consistency and commonality across the regions.
- Provide business partnering support to key stakeholders
- Contribute data and insight to the operations KPI and reporting packs (working with the FP&A team) to enable functional business partnering and monitor cost base performance.
- Support the culture of strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to regulatory
- frameworks; ensuring adherence to governance mechanisms for investments and capital expenditure
- Promoting a culture of risk awareness, control focus, and 'doing the right thing'
- Support specific adhoc project activities
- Finalist/Newly Qualified or Part Qualified
- Strong excel modelling skills with extensive experience in building bespoke models
- Ability to cut through a large volume of data and transform into insightful information
- Analytical mind-set and excellent eye for detail
