Job Purpose

The role of Senior Systems Accountantis really important to us. You will be responsible for identifying and managing a roadmap of improvements for our Telematic Solutions reporting framework which will deliver the benefits associated to the device journey initiative.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...
  • Consistently reviewing of the divisions end-to-end processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of process or data.
  • Standardising how we report on activities that lead to a change in the status & value of a device.
  • Leading projects across multiple departments which will allow the division to reach its strategic objectives.
  • Creating and managing a device journey development roadmap, agreeing priorities with the senior stakeholders and then feeding requirements into the IT delivery teams.
  • Deliver improved management information following improvements to the device journey framework which will allow the business to make informed decisions and direct management attention where needed.
  • Transferring the best practices from Telematics into further divisions and supporting their expected expansion into Europe through acquisition.


What do we expect of you?
  • Experience of managing a finance team
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or practical experience working in a finance function
  • Experience of Sage, NetSuite or similar accounting systems
  • Processing mapping and analysis, leading to process improvement
  • Knowledge of implementing end to end projects, including experience in requirements gathering, creating test cases, test execution, training, cutover and post go-live support
  • Having a strong customer experience focus and placing significant importance on the customer onboarding journey
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, proficient in Excel and data mapping
  • Track record of working with other Departments in order to achieve cross-department objectives
