Our development programme will not only provide you with technical knowledge and practical experience but will assist you to develop business skills. We offer a friendly and supportive training environment. You will work in small teams and be given increased responsibility as you progress in your exams and experience. We will ensure you attend client executive meetings and board meetings early in your career to gain insight of how client firms operate at the highest level. During your training contract we will pay for your courses and give you time off to study.

Training Programme and Qualification

Successful applicants will join our Risk Assurance and Advisory team and be given the opportunity to qualify for one of three different training pathways:

1. CIA – studying for the internal auditing professional qualification offered by the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, we will train you to become a Certified Internal Auditor. You will be able to put into practice what you will learn about internal audit theory and the core frameworks, including the International Standards, and how to plan and perform an internal audit engagement.

2. ACCA – to train for the globally recognised Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, providing a strong grounding in accounting principles, the qualification opens the door to a wide range of career paths across different countries and industry sectors, as well as the ability to work in practice.

3. ACA - to train for the globally recognised Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification, enabling individuals to become qualified chartered accountants and members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). The duration of this programme is 36 months.

You must have:

  • a minimum of a 2:2 in any discipline (obtained or predicted)
  • 3 A level passes at grade A-C
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade B and above.

The current opportunities are available for either of the London, Birmingham, and Manchester offices with an April and September 2023 start.
