Client Details

Our client is an international leading food importer with a global presence. With footprint in over 30 countries, the Accounting team is looking for an accounting professional with AR and AP experience.

Description

• Perform daily AR and AP book-keeping
• Update and maintain AR and AP Ageing report as well as other accounting schedules
• Prepare customer statements and supporting documents
• Answer enquiries about customer statements
• Participate in month-end, year-end closing, and stock-take
• Assist in preparing reports requested by the GM and Directors

Profile

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on experience with ERP systems is a plus (Microsoft NAVISION 2018)
• Self-motivated, detailed oriented, willing to learn
