Responsibilities

As a Management Accountant you will be working within the finance team, responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with preparing monthly management accounts and timely management information to support decision making and helping with the development and execution of growth opportunity.

Your day to day will include:
  • Day to day management of finance administrators
  • Supporting in the preparation of management accounts for the contract (Profit and loss / balance sheet & cash flow)
  • Aiding the Finance Manager and commercial team to ensure maximisation of client recoveries at final accounts
  • Generating monthly CVR reviews ensuring that the true position is understood
  • Assisting in managing cash recovery from the client through monthly applications / third party invoicing, as well as any debt management when required

Who are we looking for?

This role of Management Accountant is great for you if you can:
  • Show qualifications in CIMA, ACCA or ACA - Can consider newly qualified or part qualified with the right level of experience
  • Provide a full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrate understanding of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Willingly contribute during meetings with stakeholders and communicate updates in an effective manner
