As a Finance Analyst, you will provide support to the Planning and Forecasting Manager within the Civil Operations HQ team. Providing technical and systems-based support to the Rolls-Royce Operational Business Units (OBU's) which are located throughout the UK and Overseas as well as supporting the global logistics function and purchasing teams.

What you will be doing:
Using your excellent technical skills, you will provide support to the Planning and Forecasting Manager within the Civil Operations HQ team.
- Supporting the planning and forecasting process through the creation and maintenance of models and tools for use by the wider team.
- Training the finance users how to use the tools and to provide support during the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Working on process improvement tasks supporting the wider operations team, including writing, and maintaining how to guides and task lists.
- Attendance at agreed value-added business meetings such as actuals and forecasting business reviews.

- Excellent Excel skills, proficient in Visual Basic (VBA) coding within Excel .
- Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and Planning products. Experience in similar accounting software (e.g. TM1, Tagetik, D365, Anaplan) may be considered.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
- Experienced in communicating with non-Finance personnel.
- Customer focused, with a drive for process improvement.
- AAT/ CIMA or equivalent (or working towards qualification).
