Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with project managers, technical delivery leads and Service Managers to enable the achievement of targets
• Operating under the Service Assurance Framework
• Enabling the successful embedding of change delivery into the technology estate
• Monitoring the quality of technology delivery into IT Operation
• Input and preparation of internal reporting of Service Assurance requirements delivery and to track metrics, key RAID etc

The Individual

About You:

• Experience of measures and KPIs to track project delivery and readiness.
• Technical background with Service or Change Management experience preferred
• ITIL V3, minimum foundation level certified
• Experience to influence project managers and technical delivery leads to make decisions in line with target state
