Research & Investment Analyst

Analyze development opportunities to recommend the best possible solution via DCF, IRR, etc. to local and foreign developers. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research on different mediums including primary and secondary modes to identify changes in the supply/demand dynamics and other KPIs. Prepare market data decks for our corporate clients. Collaborate with our regional offices to ensure the timely execution of deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Earth. Able to navigate well with clients and meet their expectations. Highly numerate and analytical. Team player with the motivation to learn and adapt. Motivation and willingness to travel to site locations. Good grasp of Corporate Finance concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV)
