We are looking to recruit a supervisor in an internal services function and to cover a broad spectrum of risk and compliance work. The internal team ensures that we manage our business with integrity and covers, amongst other things, anti-money laundering, compliance with regulations, addressing conflicts of interest amongst our clients and maintaining our independence from them.

The successful individual will be part of a team that manages compliance with regulation and risk management for Crowe UK, including:

  • Assisting with the firm’s compliance obligations with regulators in the UK and abroad.
  • Co-ordinating conflict and independence checks.
  • Reviewing client take on procedures and investigating due diligence referrals generated by the system.
  • Preparing the firm’s Annual Return to the ICAEW.
  • Maintaining details of Firm’s internal registers, including the prohibited investments list/ public interest entities/ audit partner rotation sheet/directorships.
  • Data protection compliance.

This role will cover every one of our UK offices. The role will report to a London-based person but the individual can be based in any of our UK offices.

Required Skills

  • Some experience in managing regulatory compliance or risk management.
  • Team-oriented with experience working within a diverse group.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
