Finance supervisor

Job Responsibilities:   -  Preferred Local Person from Germany
Independently complete all the accounting process work for the  German company, can establish an independent financial software account, set and complete each accounting processing work on time, including:

1. Account processing work such as bank entry, income cost entry, rent amortization, asset depreciation amortization and issue various financial statements;
2.  Review the authenticity, rationality and legality of the reimbursement of German warehouse fees and costs;
3. Accurately and effectively handle German financial and tax related matters according to local German policies;
4. Handle VAT refunds on time according to local regulations in Germany (those with the ability to change are preferred);
5. Register bank journals in a timely manner and sort out various payment documents and send them to domestic financial counterparts;
6. Have the ability to communicate with local accountants and lawyers in Germany on important matters.
7. Connect with domestic group financial monthly data provision, audit issues, and data provision;
8. All financial and risk issues in Germany can be judged in a timely manner and can be feedback and connected with domestic finance.

Requirements:

• Experience in docking audits, or work experience in a Company;
• Finance and accounting related qualification
• With financial experience of 1-3 years   
• Proficiency in operating some German general financial software, or SAP software
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to communicate well with domestic financials and local departments;

• Communication in German and English (Chinese preferred but not essential)
