Finance Assistant (Logistics - HYBRID), has full responsibility of assisting the finance activities of an entire company for some subsidiaries in Europe.

Description

The Finance Assistant (Logistics - HYBRID) role involves:

  • Accurate and timely entries of all purchase and expense invoices
  • Preparing AR aging report and credit control tasks
  • Preparing daily Cashflow and posting Cash receipts
  • Perform accurate and timely FI month closing and preparing profit&Loss accounts and Balance sheet reports.
  • Fixed Asset Management, including recording, monitoring and reporting.
  • Preparing monthly Risk Management Report
  • Support finance team with various Account reconciliations.
  • Assisting Finance Manager and Finance Supervisor

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Finance Assistant (Logistics - HYBRID) role will:

  • have similar experience from a previous role
  • ideally have previous Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Fixed Asset experience.
  • competent Excel user
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • ideally have a Bachelor degree (Finance / Accounting related) - but this is NOT essential.

Job Offer

The Finance Assistant (Logistics - HYBRID) role offers a base salary of £28-30,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
