Role Summary :

Baxter is committed to saving and sustaining lives, and creating healthier communities. To this end, Baxter provides Donations to various organizations to support their missions, visions, goals and programming. In addition to Donations, Baxter provides Grants (referred to as Interactions) to foster legitimate scientific exchange, product safety or to provide community or patient support.

Reporting to the APAC HCP Interactions Lead, the purpose of this role is to administer Interactions consistent with the Global Interactions Policy. The Senior Interactions Coordinator reports to the APAC HCP Interactions Lead, must have good customer service skills with some level of compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review HCP Interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance to the Global Interaction Policy
  • Identify non-compliance issues and work with key internal customers (Research and Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Finance, etc.) to resolve issue.
  • Track opened Interaction requests within the compliance tool (Pega) to ensure timely processing and closure
  • Ensure all required Interaction documentation is entered by internal customers prior to closure of the Interaction file within the compliance tool (Pega).
  • Provide guidance on how to utilize the compliance tool (Pega) to key internal customers.
  • Any adhoc project as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in enforcing compliance with company policies
  • Working knowledge of information systems such as Pega, JD Edwards and Concur
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Team player
  • Multilingual - excellent Korean speaking capability
