F&A Officer with Italian

Requirements:

• Experience in Invoice to Pay (PTP) / billing processes (GEM)
•  Fluent English (min.B2)
•  Fluent Italian or Spanish or Portuguese
•  Basic knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
•  Strong attention to details and deadline-orientation
•  Basic MS Excel knowledge
•  Being well organized, accurate and flexible
•  Openness for the new challenges
•  Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Your main duty will be creating and finalizing invoices and verifying if all requirements are
•  You will be responsible for maintaining data compliance on client and project accounts
•  Responding to customer queries via e-mail would be a part of your every-day work
•  The outcome of your effort will be also preparing reports, status of operations and conducting researches
•  You will be expected to execute internal quality controls and provide quality reports
•  Daily shipping of invoices to external client
•  Sending reminders to Partners/Managers/Assistants
