Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
- Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
- AP queries from stakeholders and suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing Payment runs
- Processing staff expenses
- Manage outstanding POs
- Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
- Liaising with different departments
- Regular Review of invoices on hold
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience working within Purchase Ledger - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
- Ability to work effectively towards deadlines - Required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
