Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1 - PAYROLL
- Prepare application forms for the registration of new employers and employees with Statutory Bodies
- Prepare TD1s on behalf of the client or assist the client in the preparation before the first pay cycle.
- Prepare payroll calculations for clients in accordance with the approved SOP.
- Prepare the statutory remittances each month before the deadline.
- Liaise with clients for statutory payment and collation of payments each month before the deadline.
- Update Summary of Wages and Statutory Reconciliations at the end of each month.
- Prepare TD4 Summaries and Forms by the 15th of February each year.
- Prepare forms for the acquisition of NIS Clearances.
- Logging & Scanning all payments and documents that are submitted to National Insurance Board.
- Submission of payments and documents to the National Insurance Board.
- Assist in the completion of NIS Benefit Claims
- Assist the Corporate Services Officer or Manager as required in the facilitation of Audits and Reviews.
- Liaising with the clients for relevant information and on any queries.
2 - COMPANY SECRETARIAL
- Update Secretarial files in accordance with SOPs
- Preparation of Corporate Secretarial Documents such as Annual Returns, Notices of Change and Return of Beneficial Ownership etc
- Liaising with the clients for relevant information and on any queries.
3 - TAXATION
- Update Tax files in accordance with SOPs
- Prepare application forms for the registration of BIR, PAYE and VAT file numbers
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Taxes, Corporation Tax Returns, Individual Tax Returns, Tax & VAT Clearances etc
- Collation of Payment of Taxes and Submission of Forms to BIR on or before the statutory deadlines.
- Logging & Scanning all payments and documents that are submitted to Inland Revenue
- Submission of payments and documents at the Inland Revenue
- Liaising with the clients for relevant information and on any queries.
4 - MISCELLANEOUS
- Package and return client records and receipts in a timely manner.
- Assist Corporate Services Officer or Manager as required with assignments.
- Address all client miscellaneous requests under the direction of the Manager or Corporate Services Officer
- Provide administrative support to the Manager or Corporate Services Officer
