Role/Department

You will work as part of a diverse and international team of five partners. This team is a centre of excellence for all Swiss tax matters for fund administration and custody.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reconcile and monitor withholding tax reclaims
  • Ensuring correct entries in fund accounting for the close of the fund year
  • Supporting ad hoc requests
  • Support in the preparation of tax reports
  • Support various tax activities within the team
Skills/Qualifications

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in accounting or finance
  • Analytical thinking, flair for numbers and eye for detail
  • Stylish knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good IT user skills with common MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility as well as an independent and structured way of working
