We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Technician to join the Finance team where you will provide financial services to North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services (NYFRS) and the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).

Reporting to an Accountant, you will deliver on all aspects of budget and budget management. This will include providing specialist advice and support to both Finance colleagues and operational budget holders. 

The successful candidate will be a proactive team worker, with excellent communication and inter- personal skills. Previous experience of working within Management Accounts and providing analytical information is essential. Applicants must be qualified to AAT Level 4 or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
