Who we are looking for
The Client Service Manager AVP will be responsible as the primary contact for some key clients and will also serve as the manager to the Client Service Managers in the Retiree Servcices Kansas City location for the purpose of benefit payments services. In this role you will manage the daily activities of the client, the service level agreements, resolution of operational support issues that require client escalation. You will also provide guidance to the client service manager and serve as escalation point on some accounts.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Service ManagerAVP you will do the following on clients assigned to you and monitor other managers as they perform similar tasks on their clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding benefit payment services and system operations
- Ensure funding is received timely and any cash discrepancies resolved
- Facilitate return of monies to trust as required
- Ensure invoice payment is received timely and report as required
- Work with client to resolve escalated operarational issues
- Manage Service levels and know custom contract requirements
- Lead service review meetings and provide documentation for same
- Facilitate client actions required as we move to new payment system
- Assist in other department or company related initiatives

- Experience in Retiree Services or equivalent benefit payment services
- Ability to assess risk in process execution and decision making
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of benefit plans and or payment process
- Other relevant experience in financial industry

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
