Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a Tax Return Assembler. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients.

This opportunity is for a full-time term beginning on April 3, 2023 until May 12, 2023.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assemble tax season related items (packages, folders, etc)
• Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients
• Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records
• Prepare documents for mail out
• Other tax related and/or administrative responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Tax return assembly experience is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency using computers
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Overtime hours will be required (evenings and weekends)
• This role requires you to be in the office
