Junior Accountant

ADM is looking for a full-time, long-term team member to join the Source to Pay Invoice Processing team. In your daily work, surrounded by experienced and team-oriented colleagues, you will be responsible, among others, for processing, coding and analyzing vendor invoices, maintaining payable ageing. Your Responsibilities  

Processing, coding and analyzing vendor invoices, Processing invoices in a timely manner, Maintaining payable ageing, Answering accounts payable inquiries and audit queries, Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date, Responding to ADM business inquiries - contact with other ADM locations in European countries, Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes, Assisting with ad-hoc projects, Supporting the process of closing and reporting financial results, Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader, Covering for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met

Your Profile  

Fluent English (min. B2), additional European language will be an advantage, Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage, Ability to work both independently and within a team, Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet payment and other deadlines, Ability to communicate in a clear manner to suppliers, staff and other stakeholders, Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel), Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills, Professional experience in SSC or in the field of accounting will be an advantage
