Finance Transformation Analyst (12 month contract)

Finance Transformation Analyst 12 month contract based in West London and hybrid working. This role is centred around Finance/ data combination and providing the link between Finance and Tech.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Finance Transformation Analyst based in West London are:

• Master Data Management: create new master data records in various company systems and cleanse existing records to ensure data relevance. Validate master data alignment between newly implemented Enterprise Performance Management System, ERP, BI tools and data-warehouses.
• Data reconciliation: analyse variances between various group and local reporting systems; investigations to be performed at low levels of details (customer, currency, brand etc).
• Data processing: data cleansing, data preparation in a loading format, assistance translating data sources between systems/excel files.
• Support with developing robust gross margin forecasting process and submission of data.
• Report on the status of data quality during parallel systems run. Investigate discrepancies and liaise with line manager to summarise feedback to IT team.

Profile

The successful candidate will be immediately available or a one short notice period, have experience in Finance with a system implementation or data analysis and be seeking a new challenge.
