Description
Reporting to the Head of M&A, you will be responsible for
- developing investment thesis, managing relationships with external companies in the market
- building brand and analysing other industry leaders
- leading the deal team through all investment stages from deal origination, financial modelling, due diligence and presentations
- preparing reports for monthly management accounts to local and regional team
- implementing strategy and creating processes to ensure the projects can scale for the long term
- other adhoc tasks
Profile
Requirement:
- A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Investment Banking background is a must
- 8 years of working experience
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
