  1. To produce timely, accurate and comprehensive month end financial reports.
    1. Record sales invoices and track receipts;
    2. Record supplier invoices and track payments;
    3. Record any other income and expenses (including payroll and non-cash items);
    4. Perform Bank reconciliations;
    5. Update Fixed Assets Register; etc.
  2. Ensure all documents are accurately and securely filed.
  3. Ensure financial policies are being adhered to.
  4. To assist with the communications with external auditors and tax advisors relating to audit and tax queries.
  5. Assist the Firm in other ad hoc tasks, and as part of your long-term career development, you will also be given the opportunity to participate in corporate advisory engagements.
