Kreston Reeves is currently hiring for an Accounts Assistant to join on a permanent basis in Chichester.

Accounts Assistant

As Accounts Assistant, you will ensure that all client administrative matters are up to date and accurate and take responsibility for client billing and recovery of internal costs. You will need to have at least three years’ experience in practice, be self-motivated and driven to look after a portfolio of owner managed business clients, working directly for the managers and partners in the department.

The objectives of the Accounts Assistant are to control a portfolio of clients and ensure that compliance matters are with on time.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assist with training and supervision of more junior staff
  • Become involved in local networking opportunities
  • Support managers and partners with ad hoc strategic and advisory projects

Requirements:

  • Qualified to ACA, ACCA, or AAT, or qualified by experience would be considered
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice
