Client Details

Our client is a US-based services provider in Hong Kong covering security services and cleaning services for various clients in the commercial sector. Currently, they are seeking for an Assistant Accountant for joining the team for the expansion of the company to cope with the business development plan in Q4.

Description

• Perform daily accounting tasks of accounts payable
• Prepare weekly payment
• Perform bank account reconciliations, aging and assist in various month-end closing tasks
• Assist in year-end audit
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent in written English and Chinese
• Navision user will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Immediately available is an advantage
