We are looking for enthusiastic person to ensure vendor invoices are taken up in our Xero Accounting system timely, accurately and diligently. If you are someone who has strong attention to details and looking forward to work with a close knitted team, this is the role for you!
What does the job entails :
- Be organize and ensure that vendor invoices that come through daily are updated into Xero
- Reconciles and ensure that credit card spent are reflected correctly in the relevant entities
- Reconcile payments made against Bank Reconciliation
- Work with the Finance Head on improvements, streamlining and simplification of processes
